Personalities in the workplace

A study of office politics by Oliver James, the psychologist and broadcaster, suggests that workplaces are a jungle of awkward personalities vying for domination. He has identified three types of dysfunctional personalities among white collar workers: psychopath, Machiavellian, and narcissist, and a fourth dysfunctional type: a triadic person who is a combination of all three.
